This listing is for a "Light Version" of our Best Seller Leica-R mount REPLACEMENT kit for the Sigma SD14 camera.

The Leica-R Mount Replacement kit "Lite" is an economical version , with only 3 screws on the Face Plate , suitable for Normal ,Small , light lenses like the 24mm f2.8 Elmarit , 35mm f2 Summicron and similar other ones ,that provide excellent Price Performance ratio to create an affordable "Starter" set .

For larger , heavier lenses ,like Telephotos and Ultra Wide angle lenses we manufacture a Stronger Mount Replacement kit with Six Screws on the Mount Face Plate , known as the Pro Version . Please make sure to see my other listing in case one is still available , as they sell very quickly.

This kit replaces the original mount by a custom made Leica-R , effectively rededicating the camera to the Leica-R system. That is why I called it an SD14-R mount.It replaces the SA mount using the original screws to attach to the camera body and is entirely reversible.
